Before our arrival, a leak was discovered in the condo I had originally booked.We were seamlessly sent to a another beautiful unit and air mattresses were delivered to make up the difference in bed space. A minor plumbing problem was fixed within minutes of our arrival. The front desk personnel and shuttle drivers were always pleasant, cheerful and helpful. The common areas and pools were immaculate. Thanks for a fabulous vacation!
