Come relax in our cozy condo after a full day filled with mountain activities. The full kitchen, featuring sleek black appliances and granite counter tops, is a welcoming sight whether you're ready for an afternoon snack or cooking a full meal for the family. Step past the dining room table, with seating for 4, and into the living room with plush seating perfect for settling in for your favorite movie.

Moving on the the master bedroom, you will find a King size bed and attached en suite bathroom stocked with plush towels to help bring you all the comforts of home. The guest bedroom is perfect for the kids, featuring two twin beds (easily converted into a king upon request) and a bathroom just across the hall.

Other amenities include complimentary high-speed wireless internet, TV & DVD player in the living area. There is also an in-condo washer and dryer, private ski-lockers, and private heated underground parking.

As part of the Trappeur's Crossing Resort, Champagne Lodge has use of all of the Trappeur's facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, fitness center, 4 pools, 9 hot tubs and a sauna.

About Champagne Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing

Treat yourself to a multitude of options at Champagne Lodge nestled in the Aspen trees of the Rocky Mountains. Champagne Lodge offers two bedroom, two bedroom plus den, three bedroom and four bedroom residences. Every condominium is equipped with a fireplace, Wi-Fi, living area and a patio or deck. The building has limited indoor heated parking.

Oversized Vehicles: Parking around the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort and our properties is always at a premium especially during the winter when city snow removal is an issue. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles such as recreational vehicles, trailers and boats. Vehicles of this kind at are not permitted at any of our rental properties and may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

Limited Parking: One parking spot is included with each reservation. Overflow parking is available on a limited, first come first serve basis.

NO PETS PLEASE: All of our vacation rentals are privately owned. No pets are allowed on site at any of our rental properties. Thank you for leaving your pets at home.

Great Stay

Wonderful stay at Champagne Lodge! It was extra nice to have a pool for our baby in the summer! Property was clean. A little noise on the street at night due to the location of windows near the busy Walton Creek Drive. Overall a great stay.

A very comfortable home in a perfect location

We enjoyed our visit to Steamboat and this was enhanced by our stay in Champagne Lodge. This was a perfect location to enjoy the area, and we especially appreciated the shuttle service that was available to take us everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was very clean and very comfortably furnished and equipped with everything we needed. It's just the right size for two couples, with the two bedrooms each with a bath on opposite sides of the living room. There is a road running behind the unit, but with the greenspace in between, you barely notice the road is there. I have no suggestions for improvement - it was just perfect! Another nice feature we weren't expecting was the happy hour hosted by the complex twice a week. They had free beer and wine, a LOT of great food, and music. Really nice and relaxing.
